In 2007, three passionate women formed friendships through a non-profit organization devoted to reforming child abuse and neglect. They’ve since joined forces and are advocating for a Bill to establish the Pennsylvania Central Registry, an online user-friendly public portal. Lee Roberts and I (Donna Kshir) want to open the Central Registry. Wouldn’t you want to know if someone you are newly getting involved with or invite into your life, your home or your children’s life had a violent past? If they abused, neglected or killed a child? Wouldn’t you want to know? I would want to know and I believe we have that right to know to protect our children.
